Illustration Friday (Spring)

Spring is here at last, or is it? Snow is forecast for some areas on Monday!
If you look carefully one little bee thinks Summer is here.
I resort to photos again today, but soon I will post something I have drawn or painted. Watch this space.

Lovely photo's, looks just like where I live and there is snow on the mountain here just behind my place...I just heard on the radio that today is the coldest day in 10 years for this time of year.
I live in Hobart, Tasmania.
Ok you've inspired me to get out and take some photo's....maybe after the muffins and coffee though!
cheers

These are lovely photos, I hope spring comes soon! And then there's always summer... I also very much enjoyed your blog, your sewn beetle and Gaudi inspired work especially impressed me.

Beautiful! Spring then Winter? Again? We may have a late frost, but we are pretty much into spring - temps in the 80's, F not C.

Lovely signs of spring. We are a tad behind you here. Catkins and pussywillows are yet to show their faces, but we do have crocuses and of course the snowdrops have been awake for some time now. The birds have been a good indicator of spring. Lots of noise in the mornings and nest building going on. I heard the oystercatcher pair fly past last night, whistling away to each other. They will be busy soon, raising thier young.

You live in a most beautiful place. I think the light in Wales is one of the most spectacular things about your country. It is a special kind of light. Your photos make me want to run outside and check on the progress of forsythia, pussy willow, and daffodils. Of course, they are not ready yet, but I can see signs from my window that there will soon be blossoms on those branches.
Thank you for the look at North Wales.

Thank you for the photos of these pretty little blossoms to brighten up an otherwise rainy day. And the embroidery you posted for Monday is exquisite!
