The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds

This morning we decided to go and have a coffee at the reserve, where they have just opened a new cafe. Conwy - The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds
This overlooks the Estuary and has a wonderful view up the Conwy Valley. It was a perfect morning for this, but unfortunately we did not see half as many birds as we do from our lounge window. I tried to take a photo of a hovering Sparrow Hawk. It was quite close and would have made a very good photo, but it had gone by the time I had my Digital camera ready to shoot. This is the only problem I find with them, it takes too long to start up.

Another view of the castle.

The view from the Reserve's cafe.
