Block Printing

These are some of the block prints I have been playing with for two of my groups. I made these by pressing ordinary everyday items into a heated block.

I see possibilities every time I look at your blog! And I realise there are a world of things I will never learn!!
Still, it is lovely to enjoy them all on your blog!

Great images. What paints/inks or whatever did you use to get the colors that you did.

Hi!
I'm with Shirley Goodwim...what kind of "heated block"? Perhaps I just don't get the process, but I really wish I did. The image looks quite compelling, very strong and graphic. Please let me know (as well as Shirley and likely others), how this was achieved!
Thanks so much for sharing!

Yes, more information please! The effects are great, and I'd love to have a play with this technique.
